Bad day at Bloody Bush

My husband and I tried to cycle through Kielder 23 August. We followed diversion signs only to get to Bloody Bush where the signs said only attempt this route if you are experienced mountain bikers. We are not and we were loaded up with panniers, we consulted our os maps which showed the route as a circular one. There was no information relating to the Reivers route and there being a route through. With the added difficulty of awful weather (hailstones) we decided we ought to turn back which was really disappointing as we had to let our B and B down. As we back tracked and tried to get through ignoring the original diversion signs, we came across a sign that said route closed until 2013. Is it possible to put this on your website. Kielder Forest signage is very disappointing.
